These terms govern your use of NordStella (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
The service
NordStella is an AI work assistant: it summarizes and prioritizes email, produces meeting minutes and action items, drafts messages for your approval, and related features. AI-generated content can contain mistakes — you are responsible for reviewing anything before you send or rely on it.
Your account
- Keep your credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Connect only accounts (email, calendar, chat) that you are authorized to use.
- You must be legally able to enter into these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to send spam or unlawful content, to violate others' privacy or rights, to attempt to breach the Service's security, or to resell it without our written agreement.
Your data
Your content remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data or disconnect accounts at any time.
Pricing
During early access the Service is free. Paid plans will be announced before any charge applies; pricing published on the site at the time of purchase governs.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may add, change, or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be notified to active users in advance.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NordStella's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
